East Cape Classic Scoring

Each day you must bring your scorecard on board your fishing vessel.

Day 1, 2, and 3 are marked on the cards. Fill out the cards with your name, your boat name and your skipper’s name.

Scoring for Billfish

All billfish hook-ups must be called to the tournament boats. Your skipper will know which channel to use.
Upon release of a billfish, the skipper must put his initials in the box on your card. Please make sure that the skipper marks the correct box for the right billfish.
This is important: If no initials are in the box, no points will be given for that fish.

Please note that in the event that you have a billfish and you want to keep it, you will not receive points. All billfish brought to the beach will be disqualified.

Scoring for Tuna • Dorado

All fish must meet the minimum weight to be given points. Each fish must be weighed by the weigh master.

It is your responsibility to make sure that he puts his initials in the correct box for the right fish and the correct weight of that fish next to the box.
This is important: If no initials are in the required boxes, no points will be given for that fish.

Each day you must turn in the day’s scorecard no later than 4:30 pm to the score table which is located by the pool side bar.

Scores will be posted after all scorecards are turned in for that day.
